The Flying House
In the old city of Biel in Switzerland, a class of young students is busy drawing
illustrations of old homes. The teacher stops in front of one of his students and asks,
"What kind of house is this? It has neither front nor back! It is distorted and
suspended in midair! Have you ever seen a house that flies?" He then corrects the
student's illustration: "Now, this is what a house should look like! This one is solid!"
A little later, the student folds the illustration into the shape of a paper plane and
launches it. The teacher angrily asks, "And what are you doing now?" The student
replies, "You said that house can't fly. I just wanted to see if was true!"
